At DDM Windows we are dedicated to creating and installing the very highest quality windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries throughout Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
We are registered with FENSA – the government authorised Competent Persons Scheme for the replacement of windows and doors in England and Wales.
How We Work

Step 1
GIVE US A CALL
Call or email and we will arrange a time for one of our experienced team members to come to your home. If you already know what you want, great! If not, we can discuss your needs, and offer advice if required on new styles and designs that will enhance your home.

Step 2
QUOTE
Once all agreed we can finalise the details of the quote and it will be sent out to you. If there is anything you would like to change just let us know. We have profile colour samples you can take home to compare in different lights and areas etc.

Step 3
SURVEY AND MANUFACTURE
If you choose DDM Windows Ltd, a survey will be booked, and order placed. We do ask for a 30% deposit to secure your order and date. You will then be given the next available fitting date.

Step 4
DELIVER AND INSTALL
Our fitters will turn up promptly on your date and fit your products to a high standard. We issue your invoice on completion. We would appreciate your feedback on our services provided.

We are a FENSA registered company since 2002 so we always meet building standards. We offer quality before quantity, as our fitters fabricate the product before fitting so they always have pride in their work and feel a sense of achievement at the end result.
DDM Windows started as manufacturing windows from a small out building, we’ve now grew to where we are today. We are a family run business which has been established since 1983. we offer a quality personal service installing windows, doors and conservatories to Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
